对RL-C并联谐振电路,严格计算了电路阻抗模的最大值｜Z｜_（max）与电路谐振时阻抗Z_0的关系.提出并证明了判断Z_0是极值的方法.分析了Z_0与｜Z｜_（max）之间的相对误差,这个相对误差随着电路品质因数的增大而减小,当电路的Q值在几十以上时,Z_0与｜Z｜_（max）的差别可以忽略,可近似认为该电路谐振时的阻抗Z_0=L/RC是最大值.

For a RL-C parallel resonant circuit,the relation between the maximum impedance value ｜ Z｜ max and the impedance of resonant Zo is presented strictly. The discrimination method of Z0 to be an extreme value is proposed and proved.The relative error of Zoto ｜ Z｜max is analyzed, the relative error decreases as the circuit quality factor increases. If the Q is large enough, the difference of Zo and ｜ Z ｜ max should be negligible, in this case the circuit resonant impedance Z0=L/RC arrives at the maximum value.
