Thermal resistor of PT100 is a common temperature mea-suring tool. Its resistance value is temperature-dependant. Thus it iswidely used in the measurement and control of temperature parameter in industrial processes. This essay is on the design of temperature sensor based on the thermal resistor of PT100, changing its resistance value according to temperature change of surrounding environment and outputting the corresponding voltage through electric circuits. In the design added a preset comparison circuit which can give an alarm when the temperature is out of range.
