本文详细介绍了硬币计数统计电路设计原理，提出了基于RS485总线串行通信的硬币计数统计电路，给出了系统方案和硬件电路的设计方法，利用光电开关，下位机采集相应硬币数量信息，上位机汇总信息处理，实现了统计硬币的功能。利用Proteus仿真软件进行了仿真，仿真结果显示，该设计简单实用、性能稳定，灵敏度较高，可以实现对硬币进行智能统计。

Firstly, the design principle of coin counting and statistics circuit is introduced in detail. Then, based on RS485 bus serial communication circuit, the coin counting and statistics circuit is designed. The system scheme and the design method of hardware circuit are given. By using photoelectric switch, the lower computer collects the corresponding coin quantity information, the upper computer summarizes the information and the coins statistical function is realized. The simulation results using Proteus simulation software show that the design is simple, practical, stable and sensitive, and it can realize the intelligent statistics of the number of coins.
