在线自整定模糊PID温度控制系统的设计
资料介绍
针对当前市场上小家电行业在温度控制系统上存在严重的滞后性且稳态误差较大的缺点,通过分析基于单片机的电烤箱智能温度控制系统,研究了PID和模糊控制算法相结合的一种智能控制理论,构建控制模型,最终设计了能在线自整定的模糊PID控制器。完成了以单片机为核心的主电路、信号处理电路、功率控制电路以及按键与显示电路的设计并根据电路图焊接硬件制作成实体电路板,同时编写了数据采集、控制驱动等软件模块,探讨了保证系统可靠运行的相关措施,最后用Simulink仿真并测量实体电路验证了算法的正确性和可行性,并对结果进行了分析讨论。
By analyzing the intelligent temperature control system of the electric oven based on single-chip microcomputer, this paper develops fuzzy self-tuning PID control algorithm of intelligent control theory,completes hardware design of main circuit,signal acquisition circuit,output driving circuit,key and display circuit with single chip computer as the core,and compiles data acquisition circuit.Finally,the correctness and feasibility of the algorithm are verified by Simulink simulation and physical circuit measurement,and the results are analyzed and discussed in this paper.
