基于三相双开关PFC电路的高功率因数软开关电源
资料介绍
针对传统开关电源输入功率因数低、谐波含量高、开关损耗大等缺点,提出了一款基于三相双开关PFC电路的高功率因数软开关电源。本文研究了三相双开关PFC电路的六种工作模态,分析了移相全桥ZVS PWM变换电路实现谐振软开关的原理,提出一种高功率因数软开关电源实用电路,并进行了仿真验证及电路实现。实验结果表明,实验电路能够有效提高电源的功率因数,且所有开关管都工作在软开关状态。实验电路具有高功率因数、低开关损耗、设计简单、容易实现等优点。
Aiming at the disadvantages of lower input power factor,higher harmonics and switching wastage in the conventional switching power supply,a high-power-factor soft-switching power supply based on three-phase double-switch PFC rectifier is presented.Six working stages of three-phase double-switching PFC rectifier are studied,the principle realizing resonant soft-switching of phase-shift full bridge ZVS PWM converter is analyzed,a high-power-factor soft-switching power supply is presented,and the simulation and experimental circuit are realized.The experimental results show that the power factor can be improved efficiently,and all the transistors work in the soft-switching stage.The experimental circuit has advantages of high...
