基于柔性电路板材的PCB微钻优化

由于柔性电路板自身的特点,使得加工柔性电路板的前期工序的钻孔工序质量不易受控制。本文针对电子电路行业需求量很大的刚柔性板材分别进行了PCB微钻优化前后的钻孔测试,并优化了PCB微钻的几何参数,结果表明优化后的PCB微钻明显提高了柔性板材的孔壁精度,孔位置精度,满足客户的要求。

The quality of the drilling process is not easy to be controlled during the previous process of the FPCB be- cause of itself characteristics. In this paper, a kind of rigid - flexible board, which is in great demand in electronic circuit industry, is test by PCB micro drilling test before and after optimization. The geometric parameters of PCB micro drill are optimized, and its results show that the optimized PCB micro drill can significantly improve the accuracy of hole - wall and the precision of hole - position, and it meets the requirements of customers.
