资料介绍

对电子工艺实习项目进行改革, 在以往手工焊接调试为主的训练项目基础上, 增加了电路板设计与制造的训练课程. 以温度报警器的电路为例, 让学生设计制造电路板, 并对其电路板进行焊接调试, 以达到电子工艺实习的训练目的. 实践证明增加了电路板设计与制造训练后, 学生对电子工艺实习课程的积极性和学习兴趣大大提高, 动手能力和综合能力得到进一步提升, 取得了较好的教学效果.

Reformed the electronic process practice project. On the basis of the previous manual welding-based training programs, the circuit board design and manufacturing training course has been added. Taking the temperature alarm circuit as an example, students are allowed to design and fabricate circuit boards. Their circuit boards are soldered and debugged in order to achieve the training purpose of the electronic process training. Practice has proved that after the increase of circuit board design and manufacturing training, students＇ enthusiasm and interest in electronic process internship courses have been greatly improved. Their hands-on ability and comprehensive ability have been further improved.The good teaching results have been achieved.
