竞走在实际训练、比赛中队员有犯规嫌疑就会被警告,但没有什么可靠的依据。运动员如果满足竞走定义,有犯规嫌疑,就被裁判警告并罚下场,这样有时就会对有些运动员不公平。根据竞走的定义和核心规则,分析竞走在比赛、训练中存在的问题,并结合实际情况,采用555时基电路设计了一种多功能的竞走技术检测器,并介绍了安装方法。该设计主要针对双脚离地犯规进行检测,如果运动员双脚同时离地犯规红外线检测仪就能检测到,同时计数器计数1次,蜂鸣器也发出声音提示运动员犯规。
