基于时基电路NE555的永磁机构控制器设计
资料介绍
利用时基电路NE555设计控制真空断路器永磁机构的合/分闸时间控制器,具有消除干扰、高可靠性、电路简单、成本低廉等特点。控制器包括控制电源电路、合/分闸时间产生电路、合/分闸储能电容电压检测及控制电路、IGBT控制合/分闸线圈主电路等部分。提出IGBT利用负电源保护的技术措施。该控制器在实际现场测试结果表明性能可靠。
Using the time base circuit NE555 to design the on/off time controller for controlling the permanent magnet mechanism of vacuum circuit has characteristics of eliminating interference, high reliability, simple circuit and low cost. The controller includes control power circuit, on/off time generating circuit, on/off storage capacitor voltage detection and control circuit, IGBT controlling on/off coil main circuit and so on. IGBT is proposed by using negative power protection technology. The results in the actual field test show that controller has reliable performance.
