基于红外检测原理,以MSPF1611单片机为核心设计了NDIR甲烷传感器。针对NDIR甲烷传感器的核心电路部分.设计了NDIR甲烷传感器的电源电路和放大滤波电路;为检验放大滤波电路的放大和滤波性能,使用PROTEUS软件对所设计的放大滤波电路进行了仿真,结果表明该电路具有较好的放大和滤波效果。实验室条件下,对NDIR甲烷传感器进行了全量程标准甲烷气体的检测性实验和对0.5%标准甲烷气体检测的稳定性实验,结果表明该传感器能够准确地检测出甲烷浓度和具有较好的测量稳定性。

The NDIR methane sensor was designed based on the principle of infrared detection, and MSPF1611 MCU as the core. For the core circuit of NDIR methane sensor, power supply circuit, and amplifying and filtering circuit of NDIR methane sensor was designed; the PROTEUS Software was used to simulate in order to test the working performance of the amplifying and filtering circuit, showing that it has good amplifying and filtering effect.
