Multisim辅助的乳化液泵站智能控制系统本安电源双重保护电路设计
资料介绍
本文利用Multisim软件对综采液压支架的动力源乳化液泵站智能控制系统的本质安全型电源电路进行辅助设计,并设计了双重稳压电路和双重过压、过流保护电路。该本安电源经Multisim软件对输出电压、电流效果进行仿真后发现供电电压会出现瞬间增大现象,根据该现象对电路进行了局部修改,修改后供电电压得到了明显改善。
In this paper,Multisim software is used to assist the intrinsically safe power supply circuit of the intelligent control system of the power source emulsion pumping station of the fully mechanized hydraulic support,and the double voltage regulator circuit and double overvoltage and over-current protection circuits are designed.After simulating the output voltage and current effect by Multisim software,it is found that the supply voltage of the intrinsically safe power supply will increase instantaneously.According to this phenomenon,the circuit is partially modified,and the supply voltage after modification is obviously improved.
