为微型光伏电源系统设计一款由模拟电路实现的可集成的低功耗低成本的最大功率点(MPP)跟踪器。首先,基于FOCV算法进行优化,从而实现太阳电池在MPP工作点的稳定输出同时将其输出功率转移到能量存储介质以供后级电路使用。通过对系统进行功耗分析,提出一种可以根据光照强度变化而自适应调整工作性能的跟踪器,从而进一步提高太阳电池的能量转移效率。在功能验证中,以硅太阳电池为例建立等效电路模型以实现电路仿真,结果证明此跟踪器可使太阳电池工作点稳定在所处环境下的理想MPP附近,电压纹波小于理想值的±5%。

An analog-circuit-based maximum power point tracker with low power dissipation and low cost was designed for micro-photovoltaic power system. FOCV algorithm was optimized and implemented to achieve MPP tracking as well as the PV output energy transformation. After the power analysis, an adaptive comparator with hysteresis was proposed to improve the switch frequency at high light intensity and reduce the power consumption at weak irradiance, which can attribute to increasing the energy conversion efficiency.
