无线通信芯片的核心组成部分--射频前端包含了发射和接收电路,其中射频接收电路的核心为本振混频器和低噪放大器。为了提高集成度,去除了低噪放大器,并提出了一种新型带有阻抗匹配的混频优先接收机设计方案,使用阻抗匹配技术解决了本振噪声问题。本电路去除了低噪放大器LNA,降低了电路复杂度,面积降低了约42%,功耗降低了约29%。本电路使用GlobalFoundries0.18um射频工艺进行设计,并进行了仿真验证。仿真结果表明,该电路达到了优良的设计指标。

The radio frequency frontend circuit, the key element of wireless communication chip, could be divided into TX and RX, while the latter part is composed by LO, Mixer and LNA. In order to improve the integration, a novel impedance matching scheme with mixing priority receiver design is proposed in this paper. The low noise amplifier LNA is removed to reduce the circuit complexity, size and power consumption. At last, the implementation which is based on GlobalFoundries 0.18 um RF process is presented with outstanding simulation results.
