基于数字测试系统的LCD控制驱动电路测试方法
资料介绍
随着液晶显示器在日常生活中得到越来越广泛的应用，其核心部件——LCD控制驱动电路的品种及需求量也日益增多。通常情况下，对LCD控制驱动电路的测试是在LCD电路专用测试系统上完成的，但因其价格昂贵，使得测试成本也相应地大幅抬高，成为制约LCD控制驱动电路批量生产的瓶颈。文章针对上述原因，提出了一种基于数字测试系统的LCD控制驱动电路的测试方法，以便低成本、高品质地实现LCD控制驱动电路的测试。同时针对LCD控制驱动电路的特点，结合实践经验介绍了一些LCD控制驱动电路的测试技巧。
