为了保证电梯运行安全,开发了一种电梯故障预测系统。该系统以STM32微处理器为核心,通过单轴加速度传感器测量电梯运行过程中的速度、加速度、位移等性能参数,CMOS图像传感器识别电梯的运行方向、所在楼层等信息,从而对加速度传感的参数进行二次确认,保证系统的可靠性。系统可以对这些参数信息进行实时在线分析和深度离线分析。实验结果表明,该系统实现了对电梯运行状况的准确分析与预测,在电梯的安全保障领域具有较大的价值。

In order to ensure the safe operation of the elevator,an elevator fault prediction system is developed.The system uses STM32 as the core to measure the speed,acceleration and displacement performance of the elevator during the operation of the elevator through a single-axis acceleration sensor.The CMOS image sensor identifies the running direction of the elevator and the floor where it is located,so as to calculate the parameters of the acceleration sensor.Second confirmation ensures the reliability of the system.The system can perform real-time online analysis and deep offline analysis of these parameter information.The experiment results show that the system achieves accurate analysis and prediction of the elevator operating conditions,and has great value in the field of elevator safety protection.
