直接投入式水质浊度仪的设计与实现

水是人类日常生产、生活中不可或缺的宝贵资源,但目前全球范围的水污染非常严重,因此水环境的保护与改善已经成为一个全球性的问题。浊度是指光线通过溶液时所受到的阻碍程度,是水质检测中重要的指标之一,对其进行准确测量有着非常重要的现实意义。针对上述问题,设计了一种测量范围为0~1000NTU的直接投入式水质浊度仪。它主要由光源、光电探测器、I/V转换电路、滤波电路以及显示电路构成。该浊度仪基于90°散射法的测量原理,采用专用探头直接插入待测液中进行测量,尤其适用于快速测量液体的浊度。与此同时,该浊度仪采用STM32单片机为主芯片。该芯片适合高性能、低成本、低功耗的嵌入式应用设计。与传统的浊度仪相比,该浊度仪具有测量方法简便、电路结构简单、功耗低等优点。试验结果表明:该仪器灵敏度高、测量重复性好、测量精度高,有利于实际应用。

Water is an indispensable resource for daily production and life of human beings.However,the current global water pollution is very serious,so the protection and improvement of the water environment has become a global problem.Turbidity refers to the degree of hindrance of light when it passes through a solution.It is one of the important indicators in water quality testing,so it is of great practical significance to accurately measure it.To solve the above problem,a direct throw-in turbidimeter for water quality with measuring range of 0~1 000 NTU is designed,it is composed by light source,photoelectric detector,I/V conversion circuit,filter circuit and display circuit.The turbidimeter is based on the measurement principle of the 90 degree scattering method.The designed turbidimeter measures the turbidity of water by a special probe,and it is suitable for rapid measurement of liquid turbidity.The designed turbidimeter uses STM32 microcontroller as the main chip,which is suitable for high-performance,low-cost,low-power consumption embedded application design.Compared with the traditional turbidimeter,this turbidimeter has the advantages of simple measurement,simple circuit structure,and low power consumption.The experimental results show that the instrument has high sensitivity,good measurement repeatability and high measurement accuracy,and it is conducive to practical applications.
