针对智能医用翻身床垫功能特性及智能化控制要求,设计一种以STC单片机为中央处理器,辅以气压检测传感器、温度检测传感器及电磁阀智能医用床垫控制系统。阐述基于STC控制系统硬件组成、设计原理、软件结构设计及数据处理算法,采用最小二乘法将实验得出的体重与气压数据拟合为线性函数关系,实现低压损失治疗功能,最后绘制控制流程图,方便程序的编写。通过实际应用和检测分析得出,该控制系统达到控制要求,而且控制精度较高,能够实现温度、气压检测、低压损失治疗及床垫翻身等功能。该控制系统性能稳定、成本低廉,实用价值较高。

Against the functional characteristics and intelligent control requirements for intelligent medical turnover mattress,the intelligent medical mattress control system with STC MCU as central processor assisted by pressure detection sensor,temperature sensor and solenoid valve was designed. The hardware composition,design principle,software structure design and data processing algorithm based on STC control system were described. The least square method was used to fit the weight and pressure data obtained by the experiment into a linear function relationship. The function of low pressure loss therapy was realized. Finally,control flow chart was drawn to facilitate programming. The practical application and detection analysis show that the control system meets the control requirements. And the control precision is high,it can realize the function of temperature,pressure detection,low pressure loss treatment and mattress turnover and so on. The control system is stable in performance,cheap in cost and high in practical value.
