In this article,a high-precision programmable industrial electron microscope platform is set up,which is of three degrees of freedom X,Y,Z,driven by a stepper motor,using an STC89C52 as the core control device.The platform can communicate with the host computer through a USB port or a serial port,and has 30-point coordinate storage function and location-finding function.With a well-designed instruction set,the host computer can control the position and moving speed of the lower-level machine.The platform has good scalability and lower cost,can meet the actual needs of the detection.
