介绍了一种基于80C196KB单片机设计的双单片机控制系统,包括电源控制器和过程控制器,两个控制器之间采用串行异步通讯方式,实现命令和参数交换。采用不同控制算法可输出多种外特性,满足埋弧焊、焊条电弧焊、气体保护焊、碳弧气刨工艺需要。由两个PI调节器构成的双闭环控制系统分别进行电机电枢电压反馈和电弧电压反馈对送丝速度进行调节。采用该控制器对一台分离元件模拟控制的MZ-1000型晶闸管整流埋弧自动焊机进行了数字化改造,改造后的焊机功能拓宽,人机界面丰富,稳定性、可靠性均大幅提升。

This paper introduces a design of double MCU control system based on 80C196KB single chip.connected,which including power controller and process controller,using serial asynchronous communication between two controllers to exchange commands and parameters.Bying different control algorithms can output a variety of characteristic of power,satisfy the SAW,SMAW,GMAW,CAC process needs.Composed of two PI regulator double closed loop control system for motor armature voltage feedback,and the arc voltage feedback of wire feed speed regulation.Using the controller to a discrete device simulation control of thyristor rectifier MZ-1000 type automatic submerged arc welding machine has carried on the digital transformation,modified welder broadening function,man-machine interface is rich,stability and reliability are improved.
