基于光纤光栅压力传感器的轨道占用检测方法研究

对轨道区段进行占用检测,利用光纤光栅(Fiber Bragg Grating,FBG)压力传感器对轮对进行计轴,结合传统轨道占用的工作原理,以及对轨道结构力学、材料学分析,从而可以判断轨道占用的状况.实际实验测试结果表明,FBG的中心波长漂移量和钢轨受力形变所产生的弯矩变化成正比,并利用LabView搭建数据处理系统对中心波长分析处理,观察中心波长的偏移量,即可以准确的识别列车轮轴的数量,从而实现轨道占用的可靠检测.

Relies on the rail as conductor.When the rail surface rusting or other external interference factors occur,the shunt resistance will be too high and the track circuit will be badly divided,which will affect the reliable determination of the shunt state and thus affect the reliability of track occupancy judgment.The track segment occupancy detection method still has a bottleneck.For this purpose,Fiber Bragg Grating(FBG)pressure sensor is utilized for axis metering of wheel pairs,and the orbital occupancy status can be determined by combining with the operating principle of traditional orbital occupancy as well as the analysis of orbital structural mechanics and materials.The center of the actual test results show that the FBG wavelength drift and rail stress deformation is directly proportional to the bending moment generated by the change,and use the LabView builds data processing system of center wavelength analysis,observation of center wavelength offsets,which can accurately identify the number of train wheel shaft,so as to realize the reliable detection of orbit occupied.
