资料介绍

压力变送器检测系统存在测量精度低、布线困难等问题,针对国内特殊的井下环境,设计了一套专用于液压支架的压力变送器无线检测系统,给出系统总体设计方案。以CC2530芯片作为主控制器芯片,同时实现远程通信功能,介绍信号调理电路等外围硬件电路的设计;结合压力变送器测量原理,设计了系统的软件流程图,阐述了上位机监测系统的研发重点。现场实验证明该系统测量精度高,稳定性好,满足了对液压支架的有效检测。

The detection system of pressure transmitter has some problems, such as low measurement accuracy and difficult ing at the special underground environment in China, a set of wireless detection system of pressure transmitter for hydraulic support is designed in this paper, and the overall design scheme of the system is CC2530 chip is used as the main controller chip, and the remote communication function is design of peripheral hardware circuits such as the signal conditioning circuit is software flow chart of the system is designed based on the measurement principle of pressure transmitter;the research and development emphasis of the monitoring system of upper computer is then field experiments show that the system has high measurement accuracy and good stability, and meets the effective detection of hydraulic support.
