一种三维矢量磁场测量仪的设计

设计了一种三维矢量磁场测量仪。该测量仪采用差分点式探头获取X、Y、Z方向的磁场强度分量Bx、By、Bz,并通过设计模值运算电路求取Bx、By、Bz矢量和的模值∣B∣,即测量点空间三维磁场强度大小。通过A/D转换模块将Bx、By、Bz及∣B∣转换为数字分量,由FPGA完成数据处理,得到测量点的方向角。实验结果表明,该三维矢量磁场测量仪对磁场强度∣B∣的测量相对误差小于1%,方向角的绝对误差小于1°。

A 3-dimensional vector magnetic field measuring instrument is designed.The measuring instrument adopts a differential point probe to obtain magnetic field strength components Bx,By and Bz in three directions of X,Y,and Z,and obtains a modulus value ∣B∣,the vectors sum of Bx,By,Bz by designing a modulus operation circuit,and the B is also the three-dimensional magnetic field intensity of the point space.The magnetic field components Bx,By,Bz in the X,Y,and Z directions and the modulus signal ∣B∣ are converted into digital components by the A/D conversion module,and the data processing is performed by the FPGA to obtain the direction angle of the measurement point.The experimental results show that the relative error of the measured magnetic field strength ∣B∣is less than 1%,the absolute error of the direction angle is less than 1°.
