光伏阵列作为太阳能发电站的核心组成部分,其可靠性影响着整个系统的安全稳定运行。对光伏阵列进行在线故障诊断是提高整个系统运行效率与安全的一种有效手段。综述分析了光伏阵列常见的故障类型及其形成原因,针对近年来光伏阵列在线故障诊断研究进行分类,将其分为红外图像法、电路结构法、测量I-U曲线法、数学模型法以及智能检测法五类;介绍每种方法的原理和手段,对比分析了各类方法的优缺点,总结得出了一些有待解决的问题。最后提出光伏阵列在线故障诊断的后续研究方向。

As the core component of solar power station,PV array’s reliability affects the safe and stable operation of the whole system.Online fault diagnosis for PV arrays is an effective means to improve the efficiency and safety of the whole system.In this paper,the common fault types of PV arrays and their causes were summarized and analyzed.The online fault diagnosis of PV arrays was classified into five kinds:infrared image method,circuit structure method,measuring I-U curve method,mathematical model method and intelligent detection method.This paper introduced the principle and means of each method,compared and analyzed the advantages and disadvantages of various methods,summarized some problems to be solved,and put forward the future research direction of PV array on line fault diagnosis.
