资料介绍

商用车车速信号一般由车速传感器输入给组合仪表,通过组合仪表进行驱动放大后提供硬件车速脉冲信号给其他零部件使用。本文针对增加行驶记录仪后,导致BCM控制器功能异常现象进行了详细的理论计算和实测分析,然后对相关零件的车速信号接口电路进行了优化设计,最后进行了测试验证,对汽车多零部件共用同一信号的接口电路匹配设计具有参考价值。

The commercial vehicle speed signal is generally input to the combination meter by the vehicle speed sensor,and is driven and amplified by the combination meter to provide a hardware speed pulse signal to other components.In this paper,after the driving recorder is added,the theoretical calculation and actual measurement analysis are carried out on the BCM controller function abnormal phenomenon.Then the speed signal interface circuit of the relevant parts is optimized and finally tested and verified.It has reference value for the matching design of the interface circuit of multi-parts sharing the same signal.
