资料介绍

针对现有的过流保护技术的不足以及电子系统在空间应用中受到单粒子锁定效应影响的问题,设计一种自动重连接的过流保护电路。电路由检流电阻、电流检测器、比较器、负压电荷泵电路、状态控制处理电路、功率MOSFET等构成。结合过流保护电路的原理,详细分析电流检测与比较单元、状态处理单元及输出单元各自在电路中的功能与作用,并对实际电路进行上电测试,验证其在不同电流条件下的具体工作表现。测试结果表明,该设计在低于200mA及高于800mA的过流阈值设定下,均可实现有效的过流保护功能,且误差精度皆控制在可接受范围内。

Aiming at the deficiency of the existing overcurrent protection technology and the problem that the electronic system is affected by single event latchup effect in space application,an overcurrent protection circuit with automatic reconnection is designed.The circuit consists of current detection resistor,current detector,comparator,negative voltage charge pump circuit,state control processing circuit and power MOSFET.Combined with the principle of overcurrent protection circuit,the functions of current detection and comparison unit,state processing unit and output unit in the circuit are analyzed in detail.The actual circuit is powered on and tested to verify its specific performance under different current conditions.The test results show that the design can realize effective overcurrent protection under the overcurrent threshold setting of less than 200mA and higher than 800mA,and the error accuracy is controlled within the acceptable range.
