电机驱动电路高次谐波抑制研究

交流电机驱动单元目前广泛采用变频装置,因其节能效果良好,调速精度高等优点,得到越来越广泛地应用。但是因为变频驱动电路含有大量非线性的开关半导体器件,导致输出电流含有大量高次谐波,对负载造成干扰。本文首先分析变频驱动电机产生高次谐波机理,通过数学建模得到高次谐波表达式;接着为了抑制变频驱动电路产生的高次谐波,提出一种基于特定次谐波注入法的谐波抑制方案,即在SPWM正弦信号中注入5次、7次谐波补偿电压,进而达到降低输出电流特定次谐波含量。通过Matlab/Simulink仿真和实验验证了该方案能够有效降低变频驱动电路产生的特定次高次谐波,降低谐波畸变率,减少交流电机转矩脉动,提高输出电流电能质量,保证电机稳定运行。

As the driving unit of AC motor,frequency conversion device is more and more widely used because of its good energy-saving effect and high speed control accuracy.However,because the circuit topology of the frequency conversion device contains a large number of non-linear switching semiconductor devices,resulting in a large amount of output current,which interferes with the load.Firstly,the mechanism of high-order harmonic generation in frequency converter was analyzed,and the expression of high-order harmonic generation was obtained by mathematical modeling.Secondly,in order to suppress high-order harmonic generation in frequency converter,a harmonic suppression scheme based on specific harmonic injection method was proposed,that is,to inject 5 and 7 harmonic compensation voltage into SPWM sinusoidal signal,so as to reduce the specific harmonic content of output current.The simulation and experiment of Matlab/Simulink prove that the scheme can effectively reduce the specific sub-high harmonics.
