传统船舶电力短路检测系统不能进行长时间的满负荷运行,且电机检测修复效率较低。为解决上述问题,设计新型船舶电力电路短路检测系统。通过检测电源模块设计、电力短路接口芯片选择2个步骤,实现新型系统的硬件运行环境搭建。在此基础上,通过电路操作协议栈移植、电力检测励磁参数设置、短路驱动程序设计3个步骤,实现新型系统的软件运行环境搭建,结合软、硬件运行模块,完成新型船舶电力电路短路检测系统的搭建。对比实验结果表明,与传统船舶电力短路检测系统相比,应用新型船舶电力电路短路检测系统后,满负荷运行时间最长可达150 min左右,电机检测修复效率始终不低于60%。

The traditional Lmarine power short circuit detection system can not operate at full load for a long time, and the efficiency of motor detection and repair is low. In order to solve these problems, a new short-circuit detection system for marine power circuit is designed. Through the design of power supply module and the selection of power short circuit interface chip, the hardware operation environment of the new system is built. On this basis, through the three steps of transplantation of circuit operation protocol stack, setting of excitation parameters for power detection and design of short-circuit driver, the software operation environment of the new system is built. Combined with the software and hardware operation modules, the new short-circuit detection system of ship power circuit is built. Compared with the traditional ship power short-circuit detection system, the new ship power circuit short-circuit detection system has the longest running time of 150 minutes at full load, and the efficiency of motor detection and repair is not less than 60%.
