资料介绍

分压偏置共射极放大电路实验是模拟电子技术教学过程中必做的实验之一。但是,在分压偏置共射极放大电路实验中,运用课本的分压偏置共射极放大电路原理图中的参数进行仿真,观测到的实验现象与课本不一致。通过理论分析发现,该问题是由于输入的信号源频率与放大电路的通频带不一致导致的,由此确定改进措施,解决问题。

The experiment of partial bias co-emitter amplifier circuit is one of the necessary experiments in the teaching process of analog electronic technology. However,in the experiment of partial bias co-emitter amplifier circuit,the parameters in the schematic diagram of the textbook co-emitter amplifier circuit are used to simulate,and the observed experimental phenomena are inconsistent with the textbook. Through theoretical analysis,it is found that the problem is caused by the inconsistency between the input signal source frequency and the pass band of the amplifier circuit. Therefore,improvement measures are determined to solve the problem.
