锂氟化碳电池具有质量轻、比能量高、稳定性好等优点,得到广泛研究。通过保护电路的设计,成功实现了在无电源管理单元或对电池组无监测、遥控的情况下,锂氟化碳电池作为一个独立的单元具有过流保护和防过放电的功能。提高了锂氟化碳电池的可靠性,避免在实际应用中对周边设备或整星系统造成严重危害。通过保护电路中使用的相关元器件的性能验证实验及可靠性预计计算,进一步证实了设计的保护电路的可靠性和有效性。本文所设计的保护电路助推锂氟化碳电池首次应用于航天飞行器上,且在轨运行性能良好。

Lithium/carbon fluoride (Li/CFx) battery with light quality, high energy and good stability has been extensively studied. Under the statement without power management unit or monitoring and remote control of battery pack, through the design of protective circuit, the function of over current protection and over discharge prevention of Li/CFx battery as an independent unit was successfully realized. The reliability of Li/CFx battery was improved and serious damage to peripheral devices or the whole star system in practical application was avoided. According to the performance test of related components using in the protective circuit and the result of the reliability prediction of the protective circuit, the reliability and validity of the protective circuit was verified. The protective circuit designed boosts the first application of Li/CFx battery in space vehicles and has good performance in orbit.
