智能燃气表主控电路板仿真检测技术

The detection items of main control circuit board of intelligent gas meter (measurement function detection,valve control function detection,abnormal voltage and abnormal current protection function detection,extended function detection) and traditional detection technologies (artificial visual inspection method,optical detection method and functional detection method) are explained.The shortcomings of traditional detection technologies are pointed out.A simulation detection technology of main control circuit board of intelligent gas meter is proposed,and the detection device and the detection process are analyzed.It is indicated that the actual working state of the main control circuit board is simulated by inputting the simulation signal to the main control circuit board,and the integration and automation for detecting the main control circuit board of intelligent gas meter is realized.The test result is the same as result of the function test after the main circuit board and the gas meter base meter are assembled.The detection efficiency and accuracy of the main control circuit board are improved.
