利用电磁感应线圈炮的原理制造小型化的便携式电磁炮,该电磁炮具备集成化、可连续发射、自动充电等特点。与传统的电磁炮设计相比,本设计采用18650型锂电池和ZVS逆变器升压取代市电作为电源,为便携提供了基础。同时,采用金属传感器,避免了光电传感器对红外光、颜色、距离、反光程度的敏感的缺点,使得精度得到极大的提高。此外,炮弹在加速过程中采用三级加速原理,每一级均由单片机控制,利用金属传感器探测子弹的位置并进行单片机控制电容的放电时间,从而准确的控制加速时间,达到能量转换的最大效率。

The principle of electromagnetic induction coil gun was used to manufacture small portable electromag- netic gun, which has the characteristics of integration, continuous emission and automatic charging. Compared with the traditional design of electromagnetic gun, this design is improved by using type 18650 lithium battery and by voltage boosting with inverter ZVS, instead of commercial electricity to supply power, which provides the portable basis.
