板级设备的电磁干扰及信号完整性研究
资料介绍
目前,用于各类电子设备和系统的电子器材仍然以印制电路板(PCB)为主要装配方式。电磁兼容性问题为电子电路硬件设计带来许多新的问题。本文通过对PCB常见的电磁干扰、PCB设计方法以及PCB电磁干扰抑制方法进行分析,然后在SIWAVE 4.0电磁兼容仿真软件中对PCB电源完整性和信号完整性进行仿真,最后通过添加去耦电容的方法进行电磁兼容设计。
At present,PCB(printed circuit board) is still the main assemble way for the electronic equipments of various electronic devices and systems.EMC(electro magnetic compatibility) brings many new problems for the hardware design of electronic circuit.In this paper,the author analyses the usual PCB electromagnetic interference,the methods of PCB design and PCB electromagnetic interference suppression.Then the integrity of power and signal to EMC simulation software is simulated in SIWAVE 4.0 EMC simulation software.Finally,the EMC design is implemented by adding decoupling capacitor.
