资料介绍

红外探测器所采用的红外感光器件对工作温度非常敏感,制冷机工作性能直接制约着制冷型红外探测器的成像效果,而制冷机需外接驱动电路控制电路驱动其工作,控制器对制冷机性能有很大影响。论文介绍了一种基于DSP的斯特林制冷机控制电路设计,通过内部控制算法生成PWM驱动信号,具有空间紧凑、可靠性高、控温精度高、控制参数可调整等优点,对实现红外、超导制冷应用中高控温精度要求、远程操控、通用化和小型化具有工程实用价值。

The infrared sensor which be used in infrared detectors is very sensitive to the operating temperature. Working performance of Stirling cryocooler restrict image effect, stirling cryocooler need an external controller. In other words, cryocooler controller has a strong impact on capability of infrared detection system. This paper presents a DSP-based Stirling cryocooler controller. PWM drive signal is gener-ated by the internal control algorithm. It has the advantage of small size, high reliability, high temperature control precision and control parameters adjustable.
