This paper mainly introduces a kind of constant current source heating circuit applied in temperature control system. According to the principle of negative feedback and field effect transistor flow principle, it designs a constant current source heating cir- cuit based on the field effect tube. This paper makes an analysis mainly from the aspects of circuit composition, working principle, se- lection of circuit chips and so on, and the heating circuit is debugged to apply in the actual measurement of the temperature control cir- cuit, the reliable experimental data is achieved.
