首先，结合锁式铁氧体移相器的磁滞回线和驱动电流，阐述了毫米波铁氧体移相器工作原理。然后，根据毫米波移相器的特点，基于FPGA和移相器专用驱动芯片设计了移相器控制电路，重点介绍了RC保护电路，能有效避免虚焊和恒高电平引起的持续大电流，减少限流电阻损坏的几率，分析了波控码与相移的关系、置位脉冲宽度与相移的关系，即相移曲线，以及由此形成的相移数据。最后，实现了基于VB的移相器自动测试系统，阐述了软件和硬件的设计，测得了理想的相移曲线。

Firstly, combining the magnetic hysteresis loop and drive current of latching ferrite phase shifter, the work principle of millimeter-wave ferrite phase shifter is demonstrated. And then, according to the characteristics of millimeter-wave phase shifter, the control circuit is designed based on FPGA and special driver chip.
