为了准确把握飞机共晶盐过热探测器的电气性能和等效电路模型,分析了共晶盐及其电特性和共晶盐探测器的基本结构,采用安捷伦E4980A精密LCR表测量了新探测器、性能已失效和未失效探测器在不同频率、电压和温度下的电学特性。结果显示高于400 Hz的测试频率才能较好反映探测器的特性;未失效的探测器在低于共晶温度时具有高阻抗低电容的特点,电路等效为并联电容模型,Cp≈200 PF/m;在高于共晶温度时具有低阻抗高电容的特点,电路等效为并联电阻电容模型,Cp〉1μF/m,R≤100Ω。共晶盐探测器的参数测量和模型建立为飞机引气泄露探测和定位研究提供了理论依据。

In order to accurately grasp the electrical performance and the equivalent circuit model of the aircraft eutectic salt type overheat detector, the electrical characteristics of eutectic salt and the basic structure of eutectic salt detector were analyzed. Electrical characteristics of the effective, complete failure and not completely ineffective detectors were measured by Agilent FA980A precision LCR meter at different frequencies, voltages and temperatures.
