光纤探头烧结电路设计

资料介绍

为了满足烧结光纤探头的需要,设计了一种基于脉宽调制芯片CA1524的高压放电装置。首先通过推挽功率放大电路,将直流电逆变为高压交流电;然后经倍压整流得到2000多伏的直流电,最后连接电极棒进行高压放电。使用芯片LPC1768控制CA1524输出波形的占空比来改变放电强度,以及放电时间。

In order to meet the needs of sintering optical fiber probe,a discharging device based on CA1524 was presented in this st the direct current(DC) was converted into the high-voltage alternating current by push-pull power amplifier n we could get more than 2000 V DC by voltage doubling and rectifying,and it was connected to the electrode rod for high-voltage discharge intensity was controlled by the duty cycle that using LPC1768 control the CA1524 output,the discharge time was controlled by the LPC1764 and CA1524.
