印刷电路板碳导电处理后直接电镀铜
资料介绍
研究了用于印刷电路板（PCB）直接电镀的碳导电处理液。通过测试黏度和透光性,评价了几种表面活性剂对碳黑在水溶液中的分散效果。结果发现,当非离子表面活性剂TX-100添加量为碳黑质量的25.0%时,可以达到最好的分散效果并以此为基础制备了导电液。但是得到的碳黑导电层在镀铜时镀层生长慢。为了解决这一问题,在保持导电液中总碳含量2.0%不变的基础上,以不同比例的鳞片石墨替代碳黑并通过试验确定了石墨含量为总碳含量的20.0%。得到的碳黑/石墨复合层经电镀10 min后镀层覆盖率在95%以上。将该导电处理液应用于PCB通孔板的孔金属化,通过背光测试证明在直径为0.20-1.00 mm的6组通孔内均形成了完整的铜层。经过5次热冲击测试,孔铜镀层保持完整,未发现有明显的缺陷,证明了铜层与基材间良好的结合力及可靠性。
A carbon conductive treatment solution for direct plating used in printed circuit board （PCB） was prepared. The surfactants used as carbon black dispersant in aqueous solution were evaluated by viscosity and transmittance.
