资料介绍

提出了一种射频电路交调特性的快速精确自动化测试系统方案.其利用可编程仪器标准命令控制矢量信号源仪器产生双音射频信号.双音信号被输入到被测射频电路并进行功率扫描,同时控制频谱分析仪对电路输出的双音分量和交调分量进行自适应功率测量.利用通用测试仪器搭建了测试平台并完成基于VB 6.0的测试软件编写.最终完成对实际射频电路的快速精确自动化测试,测试时间小于2 min.

This paper presented fast accurate intermodulation measurement system for radio-frequency （RF） circuits. The sys- tem controls a vector signal generator to produce the two-tune RF signal with the standard commands for programmable instruments （SCPI）. The signal is fed to the measured RF circuit and its power is swept. The power components of the tow-tune and the inter- modulation in RF output are measured adaptively through a frequency spectrum analyzer. The hardware platform composed of gener- al instruments and the software based on visual basic 6.0 were completed. The system has been utilized to measure an actual RF circuit and the measurement time is less than 2 min.
