资料介绍

基于压电传感器AC192设计了一种信号读取电路，用于桥梁道路以及机械动力系统健康状态监控与检测。该信号读取电路主要用于压电传感器振动时微弱信号的检测，转换成数字信号前进行滤波转换信号的调理等利用MCU控制多路复用开关解决了系统多频段场合使用问题，用加入高通偏置电压方法实现了单电源供电高通有源滤波，从而使整个系统更加稳定。该电路经过实际应用检测，符合现场诊断要求。

A signal reading circuit was designed based on piezoelectric sensors AC192 for the health monitoring of the mechan- ical power system and the roads. It was mainly used for the detection of the weak vibration signals of the piezoelectric sensor, the adjustment of filtering signal conversion before being converted to digital signal and so on. MCU was used to control the multiple- xing switches, which made the system used in muhi band occasions. Single-supply high pass active filter was realized through using high pass bias voltage, thus making the system more reliable. The circuit meets the requirement of diagnosis detection on the spot through practical operation.
