漏感在半桥倍流电路中特性分析

针对应用于电池充放电的半桥倍流DC/DC变换器,根据电路工作原理,详细分析了变压器漏感在电池充电过程中的作用,推导了电池充电电流表达式。在电池充电过程中,变压器漏感对于实现开关管的软开关,包括零电流开关(ZCS)开通、零电压开关(ZVS)关断,降低电路损耗,起到重要作用。仿真和实验验证了所提理论及充电电流表达式的正确性。
This paper contributes to the DC/DC converter of half-bridge current-double applied to the battery charge/ discharge system.The important role of the leakage inductance of the transformer is analyzed, charging current expres- sion is deduced.It can also achieve soft switching,including zero-current switching(ZCS) turn-on and zero-voltage swi- tching(ZVS) turn-off in the charging mode, which reduce switching losses,improve the efficiency of the system.The va- lidity of the proposed theory and current expression are verified through simulation and experiment.
