资料介绍

为了提高大功率半导体激光器驱动系统输出的稳定性和可调性、改善输出光束的质量、延长使用寿命,利用差动放大电路原理,采用开路时间常数法对驱动电路的静态工作点和频响特性进行了理论分析和实验验证。结果表明,驱动电路在保证电流输出无过冲的前提下,可以实现峰值电流0A-60A、脉宽可调范围20μs至连续、重复频率500Hz-10kHz、最大功率130W的连续可调电流输出。该设计较传统方法提高了输出稳定性,拓宽了大功率电流输出时的脉宽和重频可调性,具有更优异的性能。

In order to improve the stability and adjustability of the output of the driving system of high power laser diodes,improve the beam quality and increase the service life,based on the principle of differential amplifier circuit and open-circuit time constant,the static working point and the frequency response characteristics of the driving circuit were analyzed in theory and verified in experiments. The results show that the drive circuit can guarantee the output current to achieve the peak current of 0A - 60A under the premise of no overshoot,the pulse width adjustable range from 20μs to continuous,the repetition frequency from 500Hz to 10kHz,the maximum power of 130W.
