Accurate measurement and overload protection of current are the key factors in the design of a track ing radar servo system. Firstly, the voltage and current measurement circuits of a servo motor are designed. A current sampling resistor and an amplification circuit are analyzed mainly. The current measurement circuit in cludes four-terminals sampling resistor, a precision instrumentation amplifier and a voltage follower. The experi ment results show that the measurement circuits have higher voltage and current measurement accuracy.
