电流的精确测量和过载保护是跟踪雷达伺服系统设计的关键因素。首先，设计了伺服电机电压和电流测量电路，主要分析了电流采样电阻和放大电路。电流测量电路包括四端子的采样电阻、精密仪表放大器以及电压跟随器。实验结果表明该测量电路实现了较高的电压和电流测量精度。然后，分析了电流过载保护电路原理和相关计算。当电流过载时，它能产生断开方位电机脉冲信号和功放故障信号，满足雷达伺服系统的设计要求。

Accurate measurement and overload protection of current are the key factors in the design of a track ing radar servo system. Firstly, the voltage and current measurement circuits of a servo motor are designed. A current sampling resistor and an amplification circuit are analyzed mainly. The current measurement circuit in cludes four-terminals sampling resistor, a precision instrumentation amplifier and a voltage follower. The experi ment results show that the measurement circuits have higher voltage and current measurement accuracy.
