针对射频功放的并发多波段匹配问题,提出了一种并发三波段匹配电路,可以将功放管在任意3个频点处的不同输入或输出阻抗值匹配到50？.首先串联微带传输线把复阻抗变换到归一化电导为1的电导圆上;然后采用在匹配频点处等效所需要电纳的并联微带枝节,同时在另2个频点等效开路,从而实现在各频点上将任意阻抗转换到50？系统阻抗;最后通过对匹配电路进行仿真设计,验证此方法的可行性.由于匹配电路采用分布参数微带线,因此更加适用于高频率高功率并发多波段射频功放的设计.

In this paper, in order to solve the multi-band matching problems with RF power amplifiers, a concurrent tri-band matching circuit is designed, which can convert arbitrary different input or output impedances of power amplifier transistors into 50 ohms at three different frequency points. At first, the matching network utilizes microstrip transmission line in series to convert the complex impedance to the normalized unit conductance circle. Then, the parallel microstrip stubs are used to produce the required susceptance at the current matching frequency point with the parallel microstrip stub being equivalent to open stubs.
