This paper firstly introduces the soldering mechanism of manual welding technology, and lists its preparatory work. Secondly, the paper focuses on the five-step method of manual welding, and according to the characteristics of printed circuit board, introduces the electronic components forming, installation sequence and welding precautions. It expounds in detail the quality inspection method of solder joint and analyzes the reasons of ten kinds of defective welds. Finally, it summarizes the skills to master in manual welding.
