The noise figure is an very important factor which can limit the detection capability of the photoelectric detection circuit. To solve the problem, a photoelectric detection circuit was designed in the condition of the photodiode reverse bias, and then the circuit noise was analyzed indetail. When analyzing the noise, the structure of the photoelectric detection circuit was focused on.
