汽车钥匙高频通讯的硬件电路设计与研究

在汽车钥匙高频通信的硬件电路设计中,由于其工艺结构的限制,钥匙端的发射天线普遍采用印刷电路板(PCB)环形天线,这种小型天线最大的缺点是效率低且Q值高。为解决这种天线所带来的钥匙与车身基站通信的距离短和不稳定性问题,通过对射频系统的相关理论和PCB环形天线分析介绍,结合实际PCB环形天线的仿真结果给出了一种硬件电路匹配模型,有效地提高了钥匙高频通信的发射功率和高次谐波抑制能力。同时考虑到钥匙与车身的高频通信稳定性,提出了降低匹配网络节点品质因素Qn的设计方法,并且利用仿真数据发现此种方法能够有效减少网络器件误差对通信距离的影响。
Because of the limit of car-key' s process structure,the radio antenna of keys are designed to PCB loop antenna in the circuit design of car-keys high frequency communication, the biggest weakness of which is poor efficiency and high Q-factor.To solve the problem such as short range and instability in communication between key and car,based on introduction of related theory of RF system and PCB loop antenna,this paper presents a hardware circuit matching model combined with the simulation of PCB loop antenna,which improves effectively the transmitting power and harmonic suppression capability of the key high-frequency communication.
