发射线圈和接收线圈是无线充电系统中的关键组成部分,二者的尺寸以及两线圈间的距离影响着系统的传输功率及效率,但对于两个线圈尺寸的最优匹配问题还未有系统的设计方法。针对此,以圆形发射和接收线圈为例,推导两线圈间的互感公式,用Mathcad绘制两线圈间互感随两线圈的径径比、接收线圈与传输距离间径距比变化的曲线,不同径距比下互感随发射线圈宽度变化的曲线,以及互感随发射线圈内外径变化的曲线。根据以上曲线得出两线圈的最优匹配尺寸,并以此进行了3组线圈匹配优化实验,分别绘制出输出电压和系统效率随传输距离的变化曲线。相关实验验证了所提优化方法的可行性。

The transmitting coil and the receiving coil are key components of the wireless charging system. Both sizes and dis- tance between the two coils affect transmission power and efficiency of the system, but there are no any design methods for the optimal matching of their sizes.
