测量系统分析(MSA)是六西格玛管理的一项重要内容。在产品的质量管控中，高质量的测量数据，对产品的分析及改进有很大的帮助。在集成电路(IC)测试中，为了确保测试的准确性，获得高质量的测试数据，就需要对的测试系统进行充分的分析。该文介绍了测量系统分析方法，着重介绍重复性和再现性研究、分析,并通过实例说明IC测试中的测量系统分析的应用。并根据测量系统能力的评价规则对所分析的测试系统能力进行评价，判断测量系统是否满足IC测试要求。
