一种面积小功耗低的温度传感器设计
资料介绍
传统的嵌入式温度传感器利用三极管和ADC来实现,本文提出了一种利用两种不同温度系数材料作为传感,采用共享电容的双路环形振荡器来实现温度传感器的技术,该温度传感器有功耗低,面积小,精确度高的特点。
Embedded temperature sensor by using the traditional BJT and ADC structure,this paper proposes a method of using two different temperature coefficient of material is used as a sensor with dual ring oscillator,sharing capacitor to achieve the temperature sensor,the temperature sensor has the characteristics oflow power consumption,small chip size,high accuracy.
